You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it—no reason required.
If your order has already shipped, please follow the Returns steps below.

How to request a cancellation
Email us at yourbalticamber@gmail.com with your order number and the word “Cancellation” in the subject line.
We’ll confirm by email.

Refund timeline
Once an eligible cancellation/return is approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. You won’t be charged refund fees.

How to Return an Item

1. Request a return label/instructions
   Email yourbalticamber@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged/defective).
   We’ll reply with next steps and the correct return address.

2. Packaging
   Repack the item securely in its original packaging (including tags/pouches, if any).

3. Shipping your return
   You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk unless the item arrived damaged/defective.
   We strongly recommend an insured, trackable shipping service.
   Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item or receive proof of delivery.
